Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is defective. We do not return items just because you changed your mind only for defective/incorrect items. Items will be shipped to the address you have listed through your payment method, PLEASE BE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to it not being updated and these orders will not be refunded.

FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your message will also need to include your invoice number. 

Please understand colors may vary from manufacturing batch to manufacturing batch slightly and photos of colors can also vary depending on lighting. If you need assistance with color matching please contact customer care.

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to our mistake.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE PAYMENT. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the return policy is as follows. You are responsible to return the products in the same condition they were received. Return shipping will be your responsibility unless a mistake was made on my part.
